Anna Ehrner

She’s the designer behind several successful collections at Kosta Boda, such as Contrast and Line – the latter being one of Sweden’s most sold tableware lines of all time.

Anna Ehrner has worked with Kosta Boda since 1974. Prior to that, she studied ceramics at the University of Arts, Crafts and Design (Konstfack), where she later returned to teach. Her work has earned her numerous accolades, including the Excellent Swedish Form award in 1992 and 1994, and she won Swedish Glass in 1983.

Anna is known for her ability to create striking pieces with minimal color. Her signature style often features flowing lines of color within the glass — a technique that makes her work instantly recognizable.
